By plane
Most international flights land at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR), however there are also connecting flights offered through the Nanaimo, Comox, and Victoria airports. We will arrange shuttles from the Nanaimo airport to the venue on Monday September 14, 2026 and Friday September 18, 2026 for your convenience. If you fly into another airport, or arrive or depart another date you will be required to arrange your own transportation to the venue/accommodations.
