Birds and Bino’s BC NatureKids outing with Arrowsmith Naturalists

Join BC NatureKids and the Arrowsmith Naturalists for a fun, family-friendly birdwatching adventure during the Brant Wildlife Festival!

This hands-on outing introduces children and families to the exciting world of birdwatching. Young naturalists will learn how to properly use binoculars, discover simple techniques for spotting birds, and practice observing wildlife like real field naturalists.

Experienced members of the Arrowsmith Naturalists will guide participants through the basics of bird identification, binocular use, and respectful wildlife viewing. Kids will have the chance to explore nature, look for migrating birds, and learn why our region is such an important stopover for wildlife.
